The art deco or 'moderne' style appeared in New Zealand in the 1930s and marked a significant departure from the villas and bungalows. Made from unglazed porcelain - comes with a candle plate and a lift-off house. Simply place a tealight candle or battery tealight candle on the base and place the house back on top.

This product is handcrafted with care. Slight deviations in shape and colour are therefore possible.

Battery powered or USB rechargeable seed lights / battery operated tealight candles are recommended for use inside the light house. This creates a warm ambience through all the windows and stops the porcelain overheating. Flame tealight candles can make any porcelain light house become very hot to touch – caution is advised.
