March is NZ Book Month - so everyone is reading a book by a New Zealand author - looking forward to some great discussion.

TWEENS This is aimed at 9-12's, boys and girls who love reading and want to talk about books and meet authors.  It is run by Adele Broadbent, herself an international children's author and has proved a very popular club with a growing number of keen readers - there is still space if you would like to join.  The club meets on the first Tuesday of each month. INSPIRATION FOR WHAT TO READ

We don't make recommendations based on books solely reviewed in Wellington or Auckland - we make personal recommendations based on what we have read and chosen to stock. Often there is hot competition between our staff to get to read a particular book next.  Between us all we read a wide range and if you check out Our Favourites you will see it lists some of the great books we have been enjoying, some new and some not.

Other sources of book related interest

We like to check out reviews and find out what is happening in the book world - so we are putting together some of our favourite sites for you to enjoy.
