We have moved
From the 5th of October we are in new premises - they are bigger, better and on Tennyson Street.
This will be only the third location in our 41 year history and we will be in sight of our original premises on "Beattie and Forbes Corner"
We now have more room for even more beautiful books as well as a great venue for our bookclub and other author events - watch this space.

to read their books for them and pass off their recommendation as anything other than a means to sell volumes of books discounted by the publisher. One chain has taken to pretending that they are

and and we are flattered that they also wish to be known as a
large independent!
